- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel anytime via account settings, with access remaining until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds: Available for verified billing errors or service faults following PSP refund standards.

Commission, Platform & Administration Charges
Hostly applies a transparent fee structure to ensure fair, compliant, and seamless payment processing for all verified Customers and Contractors. All fees are automatically calculated and processed through regulated Payment Service Providers (PSPs), maintaining full traceability and alignment with Hostly’s compliance framework.
- Commission Fee: A percentage-based fee applied to each completed appointment. This fee covers Hostly’s role as a secure technology intermediary and supports the ongoing development of scheduling, messaging, and payment-management tools.
- Platform Fee: A fixed or percentage-based service fee charged to Users for accessing Hostly’s core tools, including appointment management, communication features, and payment flow infrastructure. This ensures continued platform maintenance, security, and compliance monitoring.
- Administration Fee: A small fee applied when additional administrative handling is required—such as refund processing, dispute support, compliance reviews, or PSP-related adjustments. These fees follow PSP rules and industry standards.
- Transparency: All fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation. Users receive a detailed breakdown during checkout and can review past charges in their e-wallet transaction history.
- Compliance: Every transaction and associated fee passes through Hostly’s regulated PSPs, ensuring full AML/KYC alignment, secure fund routing, and auditable financial records.
